hey recently l notice a burning feeling on the head of my penis, after washing my penis red spots appeard and the feel realy itchy, l have had sex but its been a long time ago,,,,am scared it could be std.....

l could go to my family doctor but l rather not he knows me and my family to well l visit him Regular..if you know what l mean....so l need to find a std clinic in birmingham fast so soon l live near the birmingham town centre.. so is there any std clinics near birmingham? please help me.lm.worried carnt tell family

I don't think you have an STD-- I think you're having a slight allergic reaction or maybe a dose of thrush. Your own doctor would be the person to see-- s/he's not going to discuss it with your parents. Having said that, if you really don't want to see your own doctor, any other doctor can test you for STDs, or you can go to one of a number of GUM clinics around Birmingham.

There is a walk in sexual health centre called the brash clinic in boots just off the high St in the city centre.
