Your a good person, I also don't have anything to add. I hope you get someone to pay attention to you. Those people need to be stopped.

First of all, the department of health only collects names for specific reasons such as contact notification programs. HIV data is collected anonymously, but you can submit your name if you want. They are more interested in HIV rates, demographics, etc...not names of individuals. Secondly, most states have a so-called "Partner Notification" program, which helps people like you prevent the spread of HIV. You need to call your local Department of Health (listed in the phone book). If they do not help, call the State Department of Health. If all else fails, call any Department of Health in NYC, they'll help you...

police and HIV charity have nothing to do with it.

just inform ur National Institute of Health(NIH) and see what will happen to them?

NIH will force them to undergo HIV testing, even if by the help of police, and if they found to have HIV then they would not be allowed to have sex ever in their life with any body and perhaps persued for infecting other people

Its government policy to keep an eye on every HIV infected person.

Cheer Up.

good job.keep it up.u are a great responsible citizen.i m proud of u.

It's hard to accept this, but people have to be responsible for themselves. If you're going to answer a personal that states "bareback sex only" then you have to be aware of the risks involved, the potential that you'll become infected with HIV or stds.

It's easy to portray people with HIV as careless, and willing to spread the virus, but it takes two to tango. Everyone needs to take care of themselves, wear condoms, or have your partners wear them.

I don't think there is anything you can do, but it is nice to think that you care about the people answering their ad so much, as I would. Have you tried anyone at your local Health Department?

Maybe someone there would be interested. Other than that I think that you'll just have to hope that no one answers their ad.

The health department is required by law to keep records of those with HIV.Try to talk to someone there.

I would try to find someone that they have slept with recently and tell them what you have just told us.And have them get checked first and then have them go to the authourities. And also you need proof of how you know.
