Is this a yeast infection or an STD????

I feel like I have a yeast infection. I've had a couple in the past so I pretty much know what they feel like. But this time I noticed that the hood around my clitoris is kinda peely looking and when I wipe down there some light brownish stuff comes off on the toilet paper. My genitals are very red, too. Please tell me this is just a yeast infection!

Most likely a yeast infection, but I would suggest u have the GYN check it out to be on the safe side.

It could be just a yeast infection, it can get very red in that area, but you may want to see a doctor just to be safe.

yeast infection discharge usually looks like cottage cheese curds. Brown discharge could be something other than an STD like a bacterial infection but either way you need to see a doctor to get checked esp. if you have been having unprotected sex with someone.
