Do you shave? Could be razor burn.
Does your bf have facial hair? Could be irritation from the facial hair when he went down on you.
It oculd be pimples, it could be an STD. Next time you go to your doctor just ask them about it. Ask them to test you for ghonnorea/chlamidea. Or you can go to planned parenthood and you'll probably qualify for free care, including an STD test.

if u dont shave that area, than u prolly have herpes...usually shaving creates acne or ingrown hairs, if you havent recently ....u prolly got herpes and ur boyfriend may not be as faithful as u believe?

You have pimples. You can't get herpes from someone who doesn't have herpes, and, in any case, herpes produces painful, blistery sores, not pimples.
